Lets face it, when you are travelling with kids it is not much of a vacation if you are sharing a room with them. This is also the case when you travel with friends or family. A condo is a perfect solution for this. You get privacy, more space and in most cases kitchen facilities.

Okay - the basics:

1) How do we find the properties?

Our booking engine has a direct feed into the a number of exclusive condo resort's inventories. Essentially most condos are owned by folks like you and me. You go on vacation, love the destination and dream of owning a place there to vacation in. You buy a condo but can't possibly stay there all the time, so to help offset costs, you rent out the property. To make this easy for you, the resort is organized to do this for you - and hence we have our databases with properties for you to choose from.

2) Where are they located?

We have properties literally all around the world. We tend to sell mostly properties in Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Florida and various ski destinations, but you can find properties in Europe, Australia, South America, Africa and Asia.

3) What about the prices?

Here is the great part - condos are much cheaper than booking a hotel or resort on your own. For a last minute booking - you are looking at just $408/week for a studio up to a 3 bedroom unit.

4) What else do you need to know?

The most important thing to know is that you have from when you place a hold on the property and receive confirmation of its availability (this takes only a couple of minutes)up until 2pm of the following day to cancel your booking - after this point the booking is final and no refunds are allowed. The rules are tough, but the condo resort agencies require this in order to manage their inventories.
